You have an absolute responsibility to update your Google and yelp and any other online page to clearly reflect that you are most definitely closed for remodeling. People are driving all the way to your one location and only finding out when they arrive that you were closed. Update your pages!

Great little "hole-in-the-wall" place in Downtown Mukilteo. I wouldn't expect this place to be here, but I'm so glad it is! Authentic flavor, decor, and cooking style.2 people (I think) working so took a bit to get food, plan to spend at least 25 min waiting for your food and then however long it takes you to eat. Hard to hit on lunch but next time I'll call ahead!Super sweet server and home-cooked feel. Reminds me of my mom's food. As of Jan 2023, everything was about $11.95-12.95 so very reasonable.Good selection of drinks, including Soju and Sake. Will return!

Funky beef and poor quality. Not authentic, more catered the local demographic

I wish the Greater Seattle area had more quality jjajangmyun and jjampong places. Seattle definitely lacks this Korean-Chinese cuisine. This review is just for Umami's jjajangmyun and jjampong.Jjajangmyun was good in portion but OK in taste. The jjajang sauce was too sweet for my taste buds and the overall impression was that it would pass as an OK jjajangmyun. JJampong was also good in portion but it was more on the bland and plain side for taste. I wish I enjoyed their food more because I absolutely love jjampong and jjajangmyun.Parking was plenty on the street as well as the additional lot in the back of the building. Not sure what other yelpers think but so far, my favorite jjajangmyun was at La Bu La in Bellevue hands down. La Bu La is now permanently closed down after COIVD shutdown so our search for quality jjajangmyun continues...

Had sweet and sour pork and black bean sauce noodles. They were perfect. The black bean sauce can be greasy at some places and may not stick to the noodlesso well, but but not here! The vegetables were fresh as well, and the meat generous. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!

Small menu but big on taste. The chicken teriyaki combo is my go-to lunch when I'm too lazy to bring one from home. Chicken is grilled perfectly, sauce is not overbearing, and gyoza is nicely seasoned and cooked.

Has the classic Korean Chinese fusion dishes we all love.

Their service and food quality are going down. Specially, during busy hours, they can't handle many customers (I waited 1 hours to get my dish but other customers waited longer). Waiting for 1 hour to get your dish does not happen frequently, so you do not have to worry but familiar and delicious dishes become poorly presented and less-tasteful is not good. So you need to make sure you visit there during the less busy hour if possible.Next thing is if you ever watched how they clean tables (normally the lady owner cleans tables), I am not certain that they do sanitize their tables properly.Tips:- Parking: free parking spaces available outside of the restaurant- Food: Below average (I tried about 6 different dishes)- Ambiance: Typical Teriyaki restaurant if that helps to imagine- Service: Friendly and attentive but slow during busy hours- Price: about average

The food is quite expensive but decent. We got black bean noodles and they were alright. Also tried their bubble tea and it was very sweet. Would have enjoyed it much more if the sugar was about half.

Great local Korean-Chinese restaurant to enjoy. They have lots of menu including Teriyaki, Fried Rice and Korean-Chinese menus. I highly recommend Sweet Sour Pork (Tang-Su-Yuk) and Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup ( JJam-Bbong). If you like Pork Katsu, don't forget to try Umami pork katsu that is signature menu of restaurant!
