I usually place my order as soon as I leave Walmart on Louisiana ave and by the time I get to rush road it is done. And it is great. And flawless. Their beef and cheese is delicious. And the gyros hit every time.

I went through the drive up window. I ordered 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a 5 piece jalapeño popper. I asked for horsey sauce and Arby's sauce. I received my food and drove home. When I opened my bag of food, all of the food was there but no sauce.

I was just stopping by on my way to Tacoma from Portland. The food was fine, but the bathroom was filthy. The place was pretty clean otherwise. The gal taking my order was really uptight. I think she was pretty new. The manager was kind of cutting her loose for the first time on her own I think. She didn't get my order right but I didn't make a big deal about it. I just rolled with it. The poor kid was obviously freaking out internally. We have all been there in life.
My wife and I put in a mobile order thru the app and ordered an orange Creamsicle shake with our meal. When we arrived to get our order we were informed that we won't be getting it due to the machine being down. The manager didn't come talk to us instead it was a young man who didn't look like he cared. There was no offer for a refund for the drink or an item of equal value. Also when the same young man brought our food, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or asked if there was anything else he could get us like sauces. Very disappointed and disgusted with this location.
