“Really good food and service!”

“The prime rib is EXCELLENT!! We drive up from Vancouver just for this dinner. We stopped in on a Sunday and had burgers and they were delicious!!! My husband ordered the meatloaf (this one we do not recommend - zero flavor, bland) but everything else we have had has been good! The service is a bit slow but it seems under staffed. The friendliness is a hits or miss depending on how busy they are. Each time we have had to track them down for refills.”

“I’ve been neglecting this review but is long overdue. I admit it, I’m weird. I love Taco pizza. Ever since I was a kid, my family would eat Godfathers pizza and taco was my fave. Since almost all of them are gone now, o have been on the hunt for a decent facsimile. I landed on better than that. Sahara’s is fantastic! taco sauce base, ground beef or chicken, cheese, then lettuce, tomato, olives and more cheese added after it’s cooked, it’s so good! I’ve been checking out the other offerings as well and Bill and his team do a fantastic job. The lions feast, salads, and many more ideas are great. I have to say I was surprised at first how strong of a delivery business this was until I tasted the food and quickly realized what the locals were seeing too. I’m a regular now, but happy to support this group. Bill and his team are fantastic! Give it a shot!”

“Our first visit. The atmosphere was nice with soft decor. Our waitress was absolutely a delight. We had the bacon cheddar dip for a starters, white fish and scallops for dinner, and creme bruela for dessert! Every bite was so fantastic! This is a nice fine dining for Chehalis. I recommend enjoying a wonderful evening at The Quincy!!”

“I could use review fillers like “great atmosphere”, and that would be true. BUT, the real reason I’m writing this review is… if you like bacon cooked to order, this is your place. I like it very well done and they make that happen. Never a bad meal here. Welcoming staff, decent prices, large portions, coffee cup is always full, clean place including the bathroom.”

“I was one of the original beer tenders at this tap house. There were a lot of growing pains, a lot of hardship and camaraderie to make it work. That was then, now it looks like the beers are still cold and delicious, they've got cocktails (Which was a controversial take at the time, but it looks like they went high end with em which is awesome) and even though they took my favorite bratwurst off the food menu, I must say, their chef has his ducks in a row and the food is absolutely a must have for foodies in the area. Bravo, Juice Box. You're killing it.”

“Most delicious cappuccinos in Centralia! If you have time to relax get yourself a cappuccino for here…it will come in a shot glass and level ups the cappuccino. This is coming from a cappuccino connoisseur 😂

“We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. We were hungry. We considered ordering two burgers, one for each of us. The wonderful server recommended we split a burger with onion rings, and a basket of fries. I asked for extra crispy fries and she said “That’s how we do them here.”
Her recommendations were spot on. The bacon and blue cheese burger was delicious and the fries were some of the best crispy fries I’ve ever had. They cut the burger in half, split the onion rings, and served all that on two separate plates. Gosh! Such wonderful service AND food!
This is a great half way point between Vancouver/Portland and Seattle AND since it’s east of I-5 we didn’t have to fight all the traffic around the outlet stores.
We will return for sure.”
