The older gal was great but the young blonde working the counter inside was rude and unhelpful when an item was missed in our order. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

I have to say this is one of the worst Carl’s Jr. you go through the drive thru and they always ask you to pull forward and wait for your food even though there is no one behind you. Wanted a steak & egg burrito but Today no egg items available, no sodas available. Food takes forever to get out & that happens a lot at this local. No matter what time of day you come the service is usually slow. Not sure how this Carl’s Jr stays in business except for the truckers who come here. Seems like there is a high turn over in staff.

Arguably the friendliest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. Restaurant was clean and the staff are awesome.

This place has gone downhill. I used to go here every night for lunch. Now any time I go here the bread is borderline stale. The fries are rubber and feel 4 hours old. The only good thing on any of my visits has been the soft drinks taste great and no more paper straws.
Ill try again in 2 months when Im ready to loose my appitite for another day.
