I used to live close to this restaurant and now live in Spokane. With all of the Mexican restaurants in Spokane and the fact that I travel for work sampling all sorts of restaurants in the N.W. nothing comes close to Plaza in Napavine, WA. The best of the best and what all others are compared to.
Absolutely delicious food and the environment here was incredible. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants all throughout states like California and Arizona and this place easily is one of the best ones I’ve ever visited.
We were visiting on a road trip and the servers got us in and out within an hour or so with incredible food.

We ate there for the first time, even though it is not too far from home. We both ordered the special for that day....enchilada, tostada combo.... chicken enchilada with red sauce and pork taco. It was good, not great. I am still looking for enchiladas with a sauce that are as good as those I eat in Arizona. The very friendly waitress said to try the green enchiladas or the ones with creme sauce next time which I will . Service was friendly and quick, even though busy. We will...
