I always stop here to get a coffee and sandwich on my way home from work. The service is always fast and friendly but the bacon, gouda egg sandwich has changed. The quality of the bacon is terrible and the texture of the egg has changed. I am sure it comes pre-made so each store can't fix it but the company needs to fix it. It tasted so bad, I threw it away and I usually eat these all the time. I will still get coffee but no more breakfast. Please pass on to headquarters!

Stopped by the Starbucks at Interstate 5 & Rush Road in Napavine on our way to Seattle and had such a great experience. We were greeted right away by a very friendly lady who was clearly busy working on an order, but still took the time to acknowledge us. She took our order within a couple of minutes and kept up a warm, genuine conversation the whole time she was preparing it.
It was such a refreshing change from our usual Starbucks experiences — it didn’t feel like we were waiting at all, and before we knew it, we had our drinks and were back on the road. It would be nice if every Starbucks felt like this one.

The service at this Starbucks is beyond compare. I arrived late (a few minutes after closing) after a long day of work and was traveling through town and they happily told me they would make a drink and sell me snacks. Ava, Lu, and Hope are a testament that amazing service and good people exist!

Sunday October 5, 2025 The sweetest staff greeted me as I walked in the door. My mobile order was done very quickly and everyone was so attentive and helpful. Even said goodbye jessica as I left. Thank you for being a great coffee stop

Me and a colleague were travelling for business last week. We were driving a rental car from Portland to Seattle and stopped to get a coffee. We walked in and were immediately greeted and it was genuinely friendly. We promptly left after getting our drinks (which were made perfectly) to continue the drive. That's when the engine in the car broke down and we were stranded. For the next 3 hours we delt with the rental car company and the tow truck company, we were stranded at this Starbucks. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us. We were clearly stressed and their kindness went a long way in helping us stay calm. I didn't get everyone's names in the chaos (I wish that I had) but I think one of the names was Jay. Anyway, thank you all very much for taking the sting out of a bad road trip experience!

New update now they’ve been ‘preparing my order’ for over 15 minutes. This might be the most elaborate flat white I’ve ever experienced. The anticipation is killing me 😩
Update one hour they still haven’t started making it. If I’d known they didn’t care about mobile orders I would have ordered from someone else.
I placed an order on uber eats half and hour ago for one cup of coffee and a breakfast Sandwich and they haven’t even started making it
