After I ordered, I waited for about ten minutes, which seemed long but I assumed the drive-thru was busy. An employee came to check in and ask which order I was waiting for, and apologized because apparently my order got mixed up. They gave me free Cinnabon and a coupon for waiting, and were very courteous. Best customer service experience I’ve had at Taco Bell, especially considering that I usually wait even longer at other locations! Tostada was amazing too

Went thru drive-thru and ordered a Cantina chicken bowl, found a place to pull over and eat but there was no fork in the bag. It’s kind of hard to eat that item without a fork. Many of other times they have shorted me on the food I paid for but don’t notice till I get home. By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I’ve given them multiple chances but they never get it right. That said, I won’t be going back to that store anymore.

The short Mexican girl was exceptionally nice. That tall white girl wasn't friendly. She looked at me as if she didn't want me to ask her anything. Wouldn't even greet me. Thankfully, the slim guy came to ask me what I needed, and I told him that I needed a couple of the cheese sauce containers because the one wasn't enough for all of those chips that came with my order and he said it wasn't a problem, but I saw her whispering something to him and she glanced up towards me I to see if was looking. She needs to find somewhere else to work if she's got a problem with color or whatever her issue is. I'm the one who reports issues with this kind of stuff to corporate and has people looking for another job. I don't spend money on attitudes or prejudice. Fix the issue promptly, or I will.

Sorry, but I've never been satisfied w/amount of food Taco Bell gives u for ur $. The amount of cheese u get in ur tacos & burritos is appalling: barely enough for a 2 year old! I'm sorry, but someone desperately needs to work on the amount of food served. Go to Aliberto's & see how it should b done! We always get our money's worth there! Actually w always end up taking some home...so delicious...
