We came in at around 8pm. It was not busy. There was one other family putting in an order in the kiosk. I selected to pay with cash at counter. I let one of the employees know that we selected pay cash at counter. He said he would be with us in just a moment. The other family also said they selected to pay with cash. We then waited for almost 20 minutes. Another man came in and he then recieved his order pretty quickly. I then asked about ours and they did not have them. I reminded the employee about how we told him we selected cash. He then said that it doesn't put our order in until we pay. When we slightly frustrated he gave us attitude. The other family decided to leave and I ended up leaving with no food as well. They did not offer to comp our food or apologize. They honestly just made excuses and about being under staffed and didn't really care about making things right.

Ordered supreme Burris s chicken and beef both poorly made more beans than anything. Three ity bitu tomatoes few sprigs of cheese. Their size was like a small burrito absoulty horrible ( 14.14 ) dollars. . shameful

Unfortunately the taco bell at rush rd in napavine Washington keeps messing up our orders even at times when they go to correct it they've gotten it wrong again.

Glen Bell would roll over in his grave if he knew how messed up Taco Bell has become. No customer Service, Kiosk only, No cash sales. Food quality and sizes shrink while prices go up. And had to wait forever.

I ordered on doordash and didn’t receive my drinks. i requested a refund and doordash only gave me 4 dollars back which wasn’t even enough to get a large baja. i ended up calling this location and the girl was so sweet and came with such a good energy and put us down for 2 large drinks. I never got my drinks because they were out of baja and had been telling dashers to let the customers know, that being said i never received a message from my dasher. I don’t remember her name but she was incredible and i will continue coming here.

Pearl Cave

My husband came in around 11 o clock in the drive thru. Service was extremely rude. We made a total of 5 nacho fries in a container. We were missing items out of a $60 order. We hade a taco that wasn't wrapped, was just broken in half, and just thrown in the bag. Which is really sad because this used to be the best taco bell location around and now it's mediocre at best. Needless to say will be traveling a bit farther for better taco bell.

The people working won't take your order. You have to use the monitor when inside which is extremely hard to use. I wish they would of answered questions better. Couldn't find the specials at all. The food was cold, it took forever to get and wasn't good. Not going back inside again.

ordering is through a kiosk that is glitchy, poorly designed and organized, and takes several minutes when ordering should be a 30 second experience. the bathroom door has a passcode lock and was out of paper towels, which we couldn't tell staff because we never got a chance to even speak to the staff at any point. the staff still forgot cups for the family before us because of the kiosk ordering, and barely mumbled the name when our food was ready and immediately ran away from the food on the counter.
