It's what you expect from a sports pub, lots of TVs playing games, decent burgers fries, fishnchips etc. The staff tried very hard to accommodate our group even though it didn't seem like they had the space. Five stars for that. Coloring crayons and puzzles for the kids.

Customer service was horrible. Had to prepay for the meal before being seated, and even with prepayment the servers still forgot items we ordered and had tried to make us double pay if we hadn't shown our receipt proving we'd already paid for the items. On top of that there wasn't a friendly server in the building. Would not recommend this location to anyone and Blazing Onion used to be a family favorite of ours till this encounter!

Usually I’d give this place a full five stars because my boyfriend and I love it. However: I called to place an order as I was leaving work at 5:07 tonight, and they told me about 20 minutes. All right, it took me about 25/30 to get there. No problem I get there, I pay for the order, the guy says it’ll be just another few minutes. I sit, and scroll through my phone, no problem. The guy I paid with was really nice, even though all I had was a $100. He had to get change, and I do feel bad about that. I sat for another 20/25 minutes, waiting. I finally asked someone who came to check on the line of people, and she said ”oh yeah your order’s right over here.” No one told me. She was the same one who took my order, and she got it a little wrong, but whatever. She tried getting me to pay for my order again, even though I already paid the $50 for it. Overall, the food was cold. She tried having me pay again. Got my order a little wrong (but that’s fine). And I waited about an hour while they weren’t too busy and some people just walking around. I do love this place, but god damn.

This is a pub & grille kind of a place. The food has been consistently good as far as burgers and salads go. The service is always friendly and responsive. Prices are very reasonable.
My three kids took me here on my birthday and it was really awesome the people were really great they gave me a complimentary ice cream sundae with a candle lit in it and it really meant a lot to have that so I really appreciate it although they didn't sing Happy Birthday to me my kids did which was perfect I had the bacon bacon burger and I split it with my oldest And let me tell you when that is the most yummy as burger I've ever had And it's really big too

The people here were incredible! The ultimate grilled cheese was ultimately incredible! The Mac and cheese was incredible! Would be back when we pass through town again we live in Kennewick and there isn’t one there! Five stars definitely recommend!

Consistently good burgers! My favorite is the turkey burger which briefly was unavailable but now it’s back! Their spicy fries are amazing! The atmosphere inside is nice and they have a little bit of something for everyone. It’s kid friendly. They also have a bar in the back with tvs for sports. And they have outdoor seating. They also make great soups!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place has only gone downhill since 2021/2022, I order the same thing every time and in some way or another it’s messed up which is a shame since they have my favorite caesar wrap I can find, I’m allergic to tomatoes and I ALWAYS ask for no tomatoes it’s even default on my delivery apps and they seem to mess it up every time, this and the fact i’ve gotten my sides forgotten, dressing not included in the wrap and occasionally my side sauce is literally expired and smells horrible. This place is complete trash and the employees are obviously lazy.

I ordered my food to go, so I don’t have an opinion towards the atmosphere. I was impressed by the food. The bacon was crispy and perfect. The mozzarella sticks were excellent. I don’t remember the onion rings as the burger was such a nice delicious mess. If you want your food to be hot—eat it at the location obviously. I will eat here again, and again.

Really bad acoustics, very noisy almost painful, the wait staff are unattentive, bar tender is cool cute little dark haired human. Order classic burger get a cup of Chilli and smother your burger in it.....its the baum💣 .
