To start, Alicia was amazing serving us in spanish and English. The food was great, I took my aunt here for her first ever taste of Mexican cuisine and she loved it even tho she ate her Sonoran taco with a knife and fork. All the drinks were great, really refreshing for a hot day like today. Food was really good all around, even got my Peruvian pops nod of approval. This is a chill place to even watch the Mariners or World Cup games going on!
I eat A LOT of fish. I always order fish tacos where ever I go. I also work in the industry for a Mexican restaurant. The server told me the fish of the day for fish tacos was cod, but I’m 100% certain it was tilapia. I say this with absolute certainty because I eat both all the time and there’s a distinct flavor I get with tilapia, and that was what I got today. Very disappointing. I would not have ordered those if I knew it was tilapia. Cod is my favorite...
Flavors are excellent. I had Chicken Enchiladas, my wife had Carne Asada, and we left nothing on the plates. Only nit for us was the volume of the music was too loud for our taste (mostly the bass).
