“Our first dinner in Seattle was at Joey Bellevue, and it was outstanding. We started with the mini French dips, which came with a port red wine au jus reduction easily among the best I’ve ever had. For dinner, I had the steak and ravioli blanco, paired with their signature crispy mashed potatoes. The steak was tender and flavorful, the ravioli was rich and buttery, the shrimp was perfectly fresh, and the crispy mashed potatoes were truly memorable. Our server, Lanesha, went above and beyond to make the night special. She surprised us with a crème brûlée cheesecake with strawberries as a welcome-to-vacation treat, such a thoughtful touch! The food, service, and atmosphere all combined to create a wonderful first-night-in-Seattle experience. Highly recommend Joey Bellevue for both locals and visitors.“

“Last night, my wife and I discovered a true gem in Bellevue—SUITE Restaurant & Lounge. Tucked inside the Wintergarden Lobby of the Hyatt Regency, this venue offers an exceptional blend of fine dining and live entertainment.  We opted for the $59 prix fixe menu. I chose the Wild Sockeye Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My wife selected the Bistro Medallion Steak, tender and expertly prepared. The Roasted Beet Salad, a substitution for the appetizer, was a delightful mix of flavors. Our meal concluded with delectable desserts and refreshing mocktails. We lingered over tea, enjoying the ambiance and the captivating aerial performance. Our server, Josh Torres, provided outstanding service—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The highlight of the evening was the aerial artist, a third-generation, classically trained performer from Las Vegas. Her stories and performance added a unique and memorable touch to our evening.  Despite a modest crowd, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The spacious outdoor seating area is perfect for larger gatherings when weather permits. SUITE Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden treasure in Bellevue, offering exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and top-tier entertainment. “Our server was absolutely one of the hardest workers. He served ALL of the full tables in the bar area. The bartender served just the few people at the bar-yet our server went behind the bar and got his own drinks for the tables. The difference in the amount of work these two men were doing was unreal.
