I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ming for helping me get my son his pizza after doordash never delivered my order i came in 5 mins after closing he was super nice and polite i offered multiple times to pay for it sence i was well aware it was Doordash mistake not Mods but one thing i disliked was the 2 other crew members being rude to Ming for helping me out i politely said thank you to ming on my way out to witch he replied have a great night i proceeded to thank...
This New Castle location is the best Mod experience that we have had. I don't normally do reviews like this but, we are huge Mod consumers with one only a couple of minutes from our house that has disappointed to many times. New Castle is going to be our new regular Mod stop even though it is about 20 minutes away.
This is a must stop with every visit to Washington. The pizza is done just right, and the crust is a winner. The staff is very friendly, lots of smiles and pleasantries. Bon appetit.
