So this morning I go through the drive through like I do most mornings. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and went on my way. I took my first sip and realized it was just super sweet milk. So I did what I virtually never do- I went back and complained. Instead of gruffness and frustration, I was greeted with smiles and a new drink. And in the process you made this very tired teacher's day. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
While I loved that this place was open Thanksgiving day, the service was absolutely horrendous. I get it's a holiday which is why I'm saving a star but wow. It took 20 minutes after I placed my order to receive my 2 drinks. Which by the way were completely different than what I ordered but I refused to wait another 20 minutes for a simple iced caramel americano. So I'll give it a little leeway since it was a holiday but how can something so simple be ruined? Never...
Favorite Starbucks store ever. The most greatest store I have never been. People are so nice here and you can always feel their welcoming when you walk inside. Easy to find a parking spot, easy to find the location.
