Casey has such a masterful way of relating his recipes to his audience, giving insight into the historical background and nuances of each recipe. But he manages to tempor that proficiency with helpful tips and tricks for easier methods when you're not out to impress but still want a great beverage at home. We were already making plans to have him over for future shindigs by the end of the night – not only because we were a little tipsy. I believe his genuine love for his craft made a lasting impression on each of us, and I for one can't wait to have the opportunity to learn with him again. Cheers!
