“Wow I was so surprised to find such amazing, cooked to order, Ethiopian food in a mall food court but dang it was good! It’s not regular food court food, it’s made to order, hot and fresh. They even offered to give me half injera half fries if I wanted (but I wanted all the injera I could get) super friendly cook and just amazingly fresh and vibrant food. I had the siga tibs which is beef and peppers in a spicy sauce. Meat was tender and flavorful, sides were delicious. Again full restaurant quality food in a mall food court. (That’s why it lost a part of a star).”

“We’ve been talking about trying this place out for a few years. Finally decided to give it a try. WOW - what a great meal. Atmosphere was a little rustic, but the service was great; food was out of this world good!!! Three of us had three different things, and none of us was disappointed. A little on the pricey side, but well worth the extra couple of bucks for the meals. We’re looking forward to our next visit and taking friends and family with us. Highly recommend”

“I had my bridal shower at La Tea Da and it was the best experience! The staff was incredible, the room was beautiful, and the tea/food was absolutely delicious. “Some coworkers and I met at the Valley location for drinks, snacks, and swinging and it was a lot of fun. The bartender was extremely sweet, helpful, and made sure our visit was perfect. Prior to arriving, the owner went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and setup our reservation. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.”

“we've been to this location many times without a negative experience. tonight we ordered onion rings, we've loved them on prior visits. upon arrival at our table it was very obvious they were WAY overcooked. we normally scarf them down because they're so good.we ate 2 of them but left the rest. we mentioned it to waiter when he asked if we were ready for our check and he said, "ya those are way overcooked ". He shouldn't have served them in the first place. 10% was taken from total bill but should have been 100% deducted. very disappointing. 1/2 the fatty part of my bacon wasn't cooked! had to pull it off!”

“Please don’t drive past this place!!! It’s an unassuming little place in a strip mall on the way to the Spokane valley mall for me. This is without a doubt one of the best hibachi places I’ve ever been too! Everything was so fresh and actually packed with flavor. The best part? It’s like half the price of all the other hibachi restraunts I’ve been too. The portions are huge! I love this place because there’s no show at the table, no fuss you just grab a quaint little spot and can watch the cooks through the window cooking your meal! I love the atmosphere here it like a cute little Japanese shop and the staff is so sweet especially Yonne! She’s cute as button and always smiling! I can tell the owners put a lot of passion and care into the food they present! And don’t skip the Indonesian-Japanese fusion dishes the mie tek tek was INCREDIBLE!!!”

“Beautiful sushi plate, love the new detailed layout of the restaurant and lighting. I like that there's 2 TV's to be able to watch the games, and to watch the chefs making the food. I like the new tables and chairs being lower too. The staff were very nice and gave us great service. Mommy daughter date was a wonderful experience there. Will be coming back!”
