I saw how highly-rated this place was, but when I went for dinner, I found out that the bbq was just dropped off at a gas station intermittently. The staff never knew when the food would be there, and there was none available at the time.

We had Big Rods BBQ at Affinity last week. Amazing food! Generous portions, slaw and potato salad homemade. Best BBQ sauce in town. Service outstanding. Can't wait to have them back. Thank you very much!!!

I found Big Rod’s TX Bbq food truck in downtown Spokane. All three items we ordered, were excellent, with the German sausage sandwich being a surprise favorite. Cole slaw was mild in flavor and fresh. The bbq sauce had rich smokey flavors and I would definitely order anything off the menu.
