I hate to have to write a bad review, but this is the third or fourth time i’ve gone here and left feeling unwelcome & like an inconvenience. The girl who was working was clearly distracted by her boyfriend who was staging to be another customer at the other window… He was just sitting in the drive thru with his truck turned off & they were clearly socializing before i pulled up. She seemed kind of in a hurry when taking my order, mind you it was 5:30 they don’t close until 7, & I was the only other car there besides her boyfriend at the other window who was clearly not there to get coffee. I asked for a pumpkin chai and burrito. The oven was quote on quote “not working” & i had to reminder her more than once for the salsas i asked for… Im never given adequate service when I come here. ?? Do better pls.

I love going to Hot Toddy’s in Nine Mile when I am visiting my daughter and family. Very few coffee shops serve Yerba Mate. They have the best and the Baristas are the best. ❤️
