The baristas are very friendly, the coffee is great quality, they have lots of healthy (and unhealthy haha) food/pastry options, and I especially love they have dairy alternatives. Thanks for doing a great job guys! My kids love the cake pops and we go there as a special treat for them once in a while.

I might be a curmudgen, but I went here my first time, ordered my standard coffee drink that costs $6-7 anywhere else in Spokane County and was charged nearly $12 here. The staff and customer service were polite, engaging and fast. So wonderful were they I couldn't just laugh when I was told "that'll be $12" tell them what I thought of their pricing and drive away. No, I was polite, smiled and took it in the shorts. I actually wanted to taste this $12 coffee drink. Unfortunately it tasted just like a $6 drink anywhere else. I cannot afford to be a patron of this establishment, but if you're one of the lucky ones that likes 8oz. black coffee with nothing added then maybe you can be.
