First I had to wait half an hour for a sandwich that literally had microwaved meat on it, that made me feel sick after eating it. My uncle found a metal shaving in his salad, my family tried to go back for more salad the lady rudely told them no. Between me and my family we spent probably $200 there Don't plan on going back to that pizza factory. Telling my 8-year-old niece she can't have more cottage cheese if we spend $200 at your restaurant we should be able to get free salad

I can't speak to the quality of the food because we ended up walking out. I ordered a 4 topping xl pizza and was told it would be $46. Are you kidding me? I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. The service was nice, it's not their fault, but I want to make sure people reading reviews know how ridiculously expensive this place is. Their pricing is unacceptable for a take-out pizza joint.

I love that I can "make my own" weird pizza with onions, black olives, bacon, jalapenos on white sauce and the ingredients are fresh and delicious every time. My husband also likes the Hawaiian! Great garlic bread and their ranch is sooo good. Their prices are high but we always get several meals outta it so we use it as our budget hack! Love this place!

The fact that I just paid $6.50 for 4 blue cheese to add to my salad is outrageous ? nice ppl... Not their fault but I spent 41 on a pizza and salad... Throw in some extra sauce!!! They were on the phone and getting prepped for closing... Clean but distracted n eager to close. Too expensive for my blood... Only be back for unlimited salad or pizza and coming in early haha

We tried to eat here at 6:20 this evening. Your staff said they would not take a dine in customer. They sent us away and would r let us order. So much for being open until 7pm. My family drive out from north Spokane just to eat here. Never again. Don’t waste your time.

Showed up to dine in at 6:45pm on a Friday. Sign on the door said they close at 8:00 pm and stop taking orders at 7:30 pm. After waiting 5 mins for person on the phone to complete their order, we started placing our order. At which time we were informed the restaurant did not have pepperoni for pepperoni duo pizzas, nor were they allowing dine in service for the rest of the night. If you do not get there before 6 pm, you may not get service, despite their posted closing time. Usually get great service, very disappointed this time…

Management apparently has no idea what the hell they are doing. We are now at 25 minutes past the time they said our food would be ready and it still is not..No apologies and three out of four items were cold when we walked out the door.I felt sorry for the poor kids working there, who had not been properly trained, resulting in an unacceptable experience.

This business cannot commit to having food ready in time! For pick up, they say that they'll call when ready but they do not. Can hardly ever get delivery within decent time frame. Tired of waiting two hours to eat. Terrible management but food is good, when you can get it. Advise, quit committing to having people's dinner ready when it will not be. Good luck!
