I tried this place so many times for it to redeem itself. Cute little shop great pastries however the only four times I’ve been here my drink order has been wrong. I tried a few more times after they got my dad’s order wrong and I have not received my asked for. Kind of disappointing but after this no more tries
I really wanted to like it here. I drove 17 minutes to get here from my hotel.
Not only are they out of light roast coffee pour over but their standby drip coffee is medium to dark and which I found rather weak.
This is also a place for families to bring their loud ass kids at 10 AM on a Sunday morning. I have seen both straight and gay couples bring their obnoxious loud ones here.
This is a place where people come to chill out and write or do laptop work in quiet. This is not a daycare.
Nothing against families with children it’s just that why do they have to come to quiet places early on a Sunday morning.
Great place to relax or work. The staff was very friendly and I loved the vibe of the whole place. We got the iced matcha with sugar free vanilla. Very good.

omg I was looking for a quick pit stop and ran into the cutest cafe. The worker, Chanel, was so welcoming and kind. I appreciated our conversation and drinks. I absolutely recommend this spot for studying or if you're just looking for a cute cafe vibe.

Best service of any coffee shop I’ve been to. The two women who helped me were extremely nice and the coffee tastes great. I don’t know what any of the coffee terms are but the woman helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for and even had me taste the coffee to ensure it was the right one. Will definitely be coming back.

Got a latte, it was better than expected. Service was quick and friendly. Pastries are available, but didn’t try any this time.

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANTED TO BE TREATED RUDELY BY STAFF. They girls are extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I've never had a bad cup of coffee and the people running it are solid. I'll go out of my way for their wares if I'm in the area.
I went through the drive thru for a latte. The drink was good, but a bit sweet for me. The barista was very friendly.

Nice place, good vibe. Coffee not good however, which is the whole point of the place. Very dark roast and milk poorly steamed.

Empire Coffee in Seattle offers an exceptional coffee experience. The aroma of freshly locally roasted beans fills the air, creating an inviting atmosphere. The coffee taste smooth (best medium roast). A must-visit for anyone craving a delightful coffee journey in the heart of Seattle.
