Oh my gosh! This is the worst food I've had in a long time. The honey garlic chicken was awful. The chicken itself was dry, jerky dry, picking it out of my teeth dry. There was hardly any sauce. AND the Yakisoba was watery, flavorless and the beef was really flavorless, stringy and grey in color.
Im not one to leave reviews unless something is exceptionally delicious or exceptionally terrible, not bad but terrible. And I am not a Karen either. If anything, I tend to lean to the positive side of life.
BUT I am so disappointed, I'm super hungry but, I'm throwing it out, I'm starving but it's that bad AND I am out 40 bucks. If I could give it negative zero stars I would. My boyfriend who is an eater, HE couldn't even eat it...We threw it out after a couple of bites!
The gentleman at the front, taking the order was exceptionally friendly, kind, professional and a good human being. Perhaps he didn't know how terrible the food is. Perhaps they were low on something, hopefully there is an excuse and this isn't the norm. I'm sure it isn't because if it were, they'd be out of business! ?

My girlfriend and I deliver for DoorDash in Burien/Normandy Park area and we were wondering why like a third of all our orders were coming from this place, until we tried it. Now we understand ?
Great local teriyaki. We love the honey garlic chicken, spicy teriyaki, and original teriyaki. They also make some damn good Boba milk tea and Boba smoothies.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. When they aren't ordering the chicken teriyaki, they often want to stop just for the Boba tea.
What happened? New owner or new chef? I used to love this place. It used to have moist tender chicken katue. Not anymore. It has very strong seasoning and thick breading and thin dry chicken with too much of black pepper now. Disappointed. Please bring the chicken katue that I used to order a year ago!!! ? and Korean bulgogi sauce is not authentic but too salty and too sugary. Sad about the quality and taste.

So I go in to pick up my order and it’s like a door dash driver meeting inside and out. The guys outside were taking up all the parking on the front row, not just for the teriyaki place but the other businesses. Ok then I walk in and first thing I see is two door dash guys sitting at a table talking, one of which has his sandles off and bear foot on another chair while picking his toes nails. I gagged in my mouth and walked out donating my food to whoever wanted it. Never going back. I recommend this to everyone.

Last week I ordered the katsu bowl with fried rice but the lady charged me 2.00$ extra and I get plain rice on my meal. today I bought 2 teriyaki combos and she didnt give me silverwares. so I gave 2 stars.

The food was cold and stale. Unholy smell. It was packed in one box even though it was two orders. Katsu??? More like cut up, dry, chicken fingers.
There were no utensils even though the order was being delivered to a hotel.
You really should be ashamed. Pathetic.
Dietary restrictions: If you can't have lots of salt or sugar, look elsewhere.
