Had lunch with my oldest daughter. I know Rose from previous dining experiences but I was not expecting the welcome we got. She showed us with greetings and prayed over us.
Food was very tasty. The banh mi was toasted and the chicken soothed my taste buds with flavor.

Came here by recommendation from a coworker. I tried the Brisket Pho to go, and the Fall Rolls. The portions were large and the broth was fantastic. The Fall Rolls were savory and delicious. While waiting for my meal they provided me with complementary hot tea which was very much appreciated, at no additional charge! I can’t wait to bring my family for dinner to try more of there extensive menu.

Im usually on the go and love me some pho, every state I go to I try to have some pho at least once, Rose Pho has one of the best broth I've tried and the customer service is amazing. Everytime I come to Seattle I make sure to stopby and grab something to eat, so far every dish has been delicious, if I could give it a higher rating I would, its great to have somewhere to go to and feel extremely welcomed when away from home, from food to service, this place amazing and I recommend everyone to try it!
The lady who works here is phenomenal. Couldn’t have anyone more sweet or genuine waiting on you. Plus the food is so good!

So delicious and very large portions! Servers are extremely hospitable as well! The Black Pepper Fried Tofu was THE crispiest and juiciest tofu I've ever had, and I've had a lot of tofu as a vegetarian! Chili Lemongrass w. Rice Noodles had an ABUNDANT amount of vegetables, it was very nutritious and filling! My dad loved the Mongolian Beef with rice and my mom could NOT get enough of the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup! Pho Chay was slightly salty, so perhaps ask for it with less salt, but nonetheless full of flavor! And the dessert was sweet and perfect combo of hot and cold. Highly recommend :)
