The Black Pepper Fried Tofu was THE crispiest and juiciest tofu I've ever had, and I've had a lot of tofu as a vegetarian! Chili Lemongrass w. Rice Noodles had an ABUNDANT amount of vegetables, it was very nutritious and filling! My dad loved the Mongolian Beef with rice and my mom could NOT get enough of the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup! Pho Chay was slightly salty, so perhaps ask for...

Wonderful restaurant best Vietnamese I’ve ever had outside of Vietnam. You have to try the mango salad. Loved the vermicelli combo bowl and their fresh mango boba tea was amazing!

Our last stop in Seattle. The restaurant is beautiful and warm just like the wait staff. Everyone was extremely personable and made us feel welcome as we were eating. The food was excellent. We had a pho and a char siu bahn mi that honestly were some of the best we've had. The bread was crunchy and soft on the inside. Whether you're a local or looking for something light on the way to the airport this is worth the stop.
