stumbled upon this place and it’s honestly a hidden gem. the broth is super clean but still has that deep beefy flavor without being too salty. i really like that there is no msg and they have gluten free options too, so it feels a lot healthier than other spots.
the beef was tender and they didn't skimp on the portions at all. noodles had a good chew and the herb plate they brought out was fresh and actually green, not wilted.
the owner is a gorgeous...

Food was decent but they gave me small not large pho though that's what I ordered. I didn't realize. Prices were high and portions were modest. I could've gotten a large pho of similar quality for the size of the small pho here.

As soon as I walked through the door, the cozy atmosphere instantly relieved my soul of any stress. I made my way to my table, placed my order, and while I was waiting for my food, the owner noticed I was sitting alone. She gently asked if I’d like to pray with her. Of course, I agreed.

Keep in mind, I’m a complete stranger and I haven’t been there often — yet she took the time to pray over me, blessing me and my family as if she had known us for years....
