Friendly service and a wide selection of munchies, coffee/tea drinks, beer/wine, hippie drinks, breakfast and lunch options. I'm here right now and they are jamming some Wham!, so the tunes are pretty sweet.Lots of outdoorsy books, trail maps and gear. It's adjacent to a ski shop which is pretty cool, unless you have no sense of wonder and like to complain about everything.There is not a lot of seating, but it's a cool little cafe with a lot to offer.

Great vibe at this combo winter sports shop/coffee bar. The atmosphere was what I enjoyed the most. Relaxed, casual, quiet. A family with two kids came in and the kids had an area to play in. The coffee selection is good (oat milk is available). The pastries are from local bakeries.

One of the best chill coffee places in North Bend. It has a nice community feel with good food and nice people.Kid-friendliness: A box of toys for kids are next to the couch.
Every time I'm here I meet a new dog, skier/climber ,and read about a new place I want to go explore; couldn't ask for a better vib. Oh and their coffe and food is good to.

Arete is a north bend gem and we go here at least once a week. The atmosphere is great, people are kind, and food good…I just wish it had better coffee. Our whole group of friends here agrees that the coffee isn’t the best. I would love to see them carry some other options like cafe vita, herkimer, olympia coffee, etc. That being said they make a great matcha latte and I love their alpine glow granola and will continue to come back!

Solid 5. Great homemade syrups, friendly people, quality coffee. Cute vibe inside the ski shop makes it feel like a lodge. Decent parking around, and the coffee hit the spot after the slopes on our way home.

Super cool shop connected to a ski shop, just around the corner from main street. Highly recommend a visit! They also support locals artists and brands. Very friendly staff always with good energy.

This cute coffee shop is perfectly placed next to the ski shop. We stopped in after a rainy hike, and the ambiance was perfect for an afternoon hangout amidst the backdrop of North Bend. Drinks: 5/5. I had a cappuccino and a decaf mocha. Both were delicious!Service and atmosphere: 5/5. The shop is the perfect place to duck into when it's raining or snowing. The baristas are very friendly, and the ski decor + books create the perfect outdoorsy ambiance.
