“I was over here with my family for the weekend from Coeur d alene idaho and we stopped at the outlet mall. When we were finished we wanted to get something to eat before we headed home. We juqt randomly picked Hot and Crispy Chicken but we are glad that we did. We were ver impressed. The food was fantastic. I ordered a the 2 piece tenders and added an extra one because im a big guy and tenders are usually on the small size, they were huge and i could have done without adding the 3rd piece. My wife got the wrap with honey mustard and she loved it. The honey mustard is made in house a.d was delicious. The wrap had fresh vegetables and was large. She is tiny so she ate part of it there, part of ot halfway home, and the rest right before we got home. My daughter got the avacado bacon chicken sandwich. It was fantastic. The bun was soft, thw bacon was crispy, and the avocado was fresh. We were all very satisfied. The chicken was all delicious. Large pieces breaded well, but not overly breaded, cooked in fresh clean oil. It was hot and juicy. I highly recommend giving them a try. The only negative in my eyea but not my familes was the fries and thats mostly because i dont like shoestring fries. The chicken stands on its own anyway, but if the fries were thick and seasoned it would just elevate the entire mean. I will be stopping by every time I am over that direction though for the chicken alone.”

“On our way to camp and decided this would be our lunch stop. Did not disappoint! We had our kid’s dog with us and were able to sit outside to enjoy the food. The portions were generous. Chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu combo was delicious and filling, the chicken karaage was moist and tender, gyoza was puffy and tasty, black garlic ramen hit the spot, and steamed broccoli was cooked well. I would definitely come back if I were in the area.”

“Best focaccia I’ve ever had and could eat a whole loaf in one sitting. Nothing compares anymore. The croissants are so delicious and we’ve tried pretty much everything now. Only critiques: the ai images on the website should be changed to actual images of your food. They look off putting and weird, and hopefully will not be present in the new space. Also, the husband could use some improvement on his customer service. Can be a bit disorganized at time of order pickup”

“Just passing through the area and this little shop is awesome. Delicious snacks and bobba plus so inviting especially if you have little ones. Beautiful area and a nice quiet setting. If I didn't live so far away, I'd visit this shop everyday!

“As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. Not only is their pizza always phenomenal, perfectly cheesy, hot, and delicious, but their level of care and customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Frankie's, for being the best!”
