“My brother talked me into trying Papa Murphy's. I order through their website. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be. One of the reasons we love this place is because we don't care for red sauce on Pizza. Try the Garlic and oil. It is fantastic. Their prices are great. I have never had to stand around and wait here. The people who work there are always polite and I get out of there quickly. The place is always clean. The ingredients are always fresh. They don't skimp on the cheese.“

“As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. Not only is their pizza always phenomenal, perfectly cheesy, hot, and delicious, but their level of care and customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Frankie's, for being the best!“

“Absolutely loved this place!!! Got the oyster fried for starters and was so impressed I had to get an order of fried pickles. Entree was a bacon cheeseburger cooked to a perfect medium rare. Definitely worth the money and definitely worth a wait.“

“Food at MOD is legit. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is one of my favs. The people working there are generally great too. All around, a dope pizza spot.

To be fair, I have had a couple of issues so marking them down a star. I had a pizza I drove home with the box on the seat. Grease leaked through the box and ruined the apolstery on my passenger seat. They offered to detail that seat, but thats a huge inconvenience. No other compensation offered. I also ordered ahead 90 minutes several weeks ago for a take out order. They were super busy so my order took 40 minutes past my original pick up time. If you're going to do order ahead you've got to do a better job of estimating order times. You can't leave people with hungry kids in the car waiting like that. They refunded the order, but it took some annoying back amd forth.
