“Yesterday, on our way back from a beautiful waterfall, we stopped at MOD Pizza. We tried six different pizzas, and each had its own unique flavor. Fresh ingredients, crispy crust, fast service, and a great atmosphere. Overall, a delicious stop after a fun day exploring!“

“After waiting longer time for my pizza, I realized I had put the wrong address in (i mistakenly put St. Instead of Pl. for my home address.). I was about ready to cry myself to sleep thinking about how I just wasted $ and wouldn’t get my pizza because it got delivered to the wrong house. “Stopped by on the 4th of July after the parade for some slices of pizza. They were extremely efficient. Short line and slices were ready almost instantly! My group dropped a slice right at the counter and they replaced it immediately even though it was our fault. Great service today and the pizza was delicious! Thank you!“

I asked questions trying to determine differences in menu items and they were very patient. Excellent staff and flavors. Will visit again. “As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. “Absolutely loved this place!!! Got the oyster fried for starters and was so impressed I had to get an order of fried pickles. Entree was a bacon cheeseburger cooked to a perfect medium rare. Definitely worth the money and definitely worth a wait.“
