I've never been burned by this location (except literally because I'm too impatient to let my food cool down!)The employees are always as amicable as I can expect, and they've yet to get an order wrong for me.

We ordered their sandwiches tonight, and they messed those up really bad. First sandwich was their veggie: I asked for no banana peppers but got them anyways. Also it looked like they hardly put anything on the sandwich, not to mention they did not put the tomatoes on which is suppose to come with. Based on other reviews, sounds like our experience is the norm here and we didn't have it as bad as others. We drove several hours home from a trip and stopped here as it was on our way. We drove another 45 minutes to arrive home and found that they completely missed our chicken wings. I called to speak with a manager and request a refund.
