Best focaccia I’ve ever had and could eat a whole loaf in one sitting. Nothing compares anymore. The croissants are so delicious and we’ve tried pretty much everything now. Only critiques: the ai images on the website should be changed to actual images of your food. They look off putting and weird, and hopefully will not be present in the new space. Also, the husband could use some improvement on his customer service. Can be a bit disorganized at time of order pickup
We just placed our first order with Edgewick European Bakery in North Bend after hearing about it from multiple friends. Expectations were high and Edgewick European Bakery did not disappoint! The pain au chocolate was beautiful and delicious as was the croissant. We tried the country loaf and will certainly order again. Looks like we have a new routine - ordering from Edgewick each week!
So excited to have this bakery in North Bend! The baguette and raspberry croissant are absolutely fantastic. The French loaf had great flavor, was nice and fluffy, and held up really well throughout the week. Everything is delicious, and the service is super friendly. Highly recommend!
