An absolute must if you’re passing through North Bend. It’s also a local favorite. Dog and kid friendly, great food, music and service… fun events and community. It doesn’t get any better!
Stopped in for this treat on a trip out west from Virginia. Really glad we did. Gave me a different perspective to the outskirts of Seattle. Great Food. Great atmospher. All around

Located just outside of North Bend and off the I-90, South Fork North Bend is a great spot with a very open and organic feel. The atmosphere is fantastic, unpretentious, and open with plenty of outdoor seating. It is dog/kid friendly, with tons of outdoor room adjacent to a huge grass field. Summertime under the tent is a fun experience with kids, who can play in the enormous play area, which was part of a golf course previously. The restaurant is super casual and very PNW, featuring a full bar and a pretty decent menu. The drink selection is solid, with several beers on tap along with kombucha and cider. Food highlights include absolutely delicious fries and really good brisket on the mac and cheese, though the mac and cheese itself was somewhat flavorless. Service is self-serve, which is part of the charm and simplicity. The staff is incredibly friendly, and despite it being a busy day, orders are ready quickly via a remote buzzer system. The pricing is on par with expensive Seattle restaurants, and the checkout screen defaults to standard tip percentages for counter service.
