Avoid this Arby’s. We ordered early on the app and still had to wait 45 mins to get our food (over an hour wait total), and then our curly fries were overcooked and my French dip was on the cold side.
Their excuse was that the next round of roast beef wasn’t finished cooking yet, and it was 2:00pm on a slow Saturday afternoon.
I enjoy Arby’s, but not this one…

Great service with fresh delicious food. The dining area didn't seem to be kept up very well and the bathroom needed some help (lights out and dirty mirror/sink). Overall great experience though!

I stopped in on off the highway, I am not one who hands out complaints freely but feel something needs to be said in hopes the owner will see this. I have stopped here often on my travels from one side of the mountains to the other. Walking up to the door the windows are very dirty, inside the front counter had spilt pop and pst receipts that the staff didn't bother to clean. I was the only customer in the place, with what I counted at least 5 crew members. The kid working the take out window saw me standing at the front counter and yelled to the back for somebody to come up front and take my order! 2 came out from the back and after a while finally asked me for my order. She was pleasant and helpful. While waiting for my order I went to fill a couple of sauces. The condiment area was filthy and it had been filty for a long time, couldn't blame it on a lunch rush that would've been over 3 hours prior. Rhen I looked at the soda dispenser! There is actually green slime in the overflow tray. Comeon people you can do better than that!!! You need a manager who will oversee these employees because this is unacceptable. I worried greatly about the food prep areas.
