went through drive thru and the guy spills 3 drinks inside my car! and doesn't even bother to ask if we okay, doesn't offer to help in anyway, doesn't even say sorry. we asked if that made the order free and the manager said no...worst service ever. demanded for our money back. they wouldn't even apologize.
Tried to use the BK app at the the North Bend, WA location but It doesn't seem to work and manager could not explain how to use it. He said it would apply the discounts after I ordered but it didn't and the manager just shrugged his shoulders and charged me full price.
He said maybe the BK app doesn't work at that store (really?). He didn't seem to know anything about it actually.
Next time I will go to Taco Time (next door to Burger King). I recommend that to everyone.
This was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Let's see....where do I start...... The sticky floors, dirty walls, nasty bathrooms(with no towels or changing table) bloody fingertips of an employee handling straws, napkins and lids for cups, no gloves used at all.....I almost puked after seeing the dirty hands handling or food and drink containers.
