I tried to place an order via the app but the app malfunctioned and I went inside. The app became unresponsive and I had to shut down - I have tried to restart the app but it will not load. I tried to do the BKmyexperience survey and the survey would not load. The survey problem appears to be a common issue as there is a Reddit thread about it. The restaurant was fine and the food was good.
The water in the woman's restroom is dangerously hot. A child will get burned from this if they are to use it alone. I burnt my left hand thinking I was simply going to wash my hands. You see vapor from the water just a few seconds turned on ...

This Burger King branch at NorthBand was quite empty with very few customers. The food was the usual fare, but the portion of French fries was noticeably smaller than what you typically get at other locations, forcing us to place another order for more. Half of the tables and chairs in the restaurant were blocked off with yellow caution tape for an unknown reason. The atmosphere felt cramped, gloomy, and the staff seemed bored and unenthusiastic
