Drive thru entrance is way too confusing. At least when it’s dark out. We got confused turning in and drove right past it. Continued to watch 5+ cars do the same thing I did. It’s too close to the street. Consider remodeling that

Spent over $15 on a meal there, and when I asked for a sauce I was asked if I ordered nuggets and that sauce is for nuggets and if I wanted some I would have to pay. Never has any burger king nor this location ever asked for additional money for a single sauce pack. I'll eat at mcdonalds next time

The guy at the register looked and sounded very annoyed that he had to take customers orders including mine. He sighed very loud and rolled his eyes while I was ordering because I wanted to change my rodeo burger to a double cheeseburger like as if it was the biggest inconvenience in the world. He definitely lacks any type of customer service and should find a different line of work or just stay in the back making the food!! I love burger king but would not recommend this specific location.

Brandon was great! Love coming here. Food is fresher than most other locations
Dining room was freezing. No heat whatsoever. Manager had no excuse except he's sorry. Onion rings are mushy and not real onion rings but flavoured onion mush in a crispy coating. These sat under a heat lamp for some time. Mushroom Swiss was a disaster as you can see from photo. Mushrooms are premade from a frozen package.

Run of the mill, somewhat outdated location. But they now charge for a cup for water, that’s a deal breaker for me. Typical corp greed, inflationary behavior, will avoid burger kings generally for this.

We stoped by for a quick lunch, worst decision ever. One of the workers was very rude and it even looked like he was pissed off because we walked in, our order was wrong, the kids meal did not have any fries, when we asked him about the missing fries he said we did not order them 🙃, we asked for some buffalo sauce and it was $.75 cents each, food was bland to put it in a nice way. My niece fell between the table and the garbage cans because they did not lock the wheels the trash cans have and never even said anything about the trash cans moving. Definitely worst BK I have ever been to.

$.32 for a cup of water. The bathroom is nasty. The whole restaurant is very dirty and half of my order was cold. The other half was hot.
