Drive thru entrance is way too confusing. At least when it’s dark out. We got confused turning in and drove right past it. Continued to watch 5+ cars do the same thing I did. It’s too close to the street. Consider remodeling that
Food was good, but atmosphere was missing something. Kinda felt like you were just there. Didn't have a great vibe, or feeling. Made you feel like you were at some gymnasium. customer service was ok, but two individuals made an impression. These two associates, were very friendly, and smiling at the time. Went through the drive-thru today (10/03/2024) after landing at Sea-Tac with only 3 hours of sleep. Brian, the man who took our order, took our payment and gave us our food was an exceptional delight. We weren't grumpy but tired and his demeanor was refreshing and deserved praise. Thank you :)
