Yummmmmm! 💚 🍕 I was passing through North Bend and love to support local food trucks! Unfortunately they do not have dairy free cheese but I veganized the Northwestern! Even without cheese and Prosciutto that Pizza was soooo good! Perfectly bubbly crust with the perfect amount of crunch! Veggies and sauces were super fresh! I will definitely be stopping here again!

Excellent pizzas from a pizza truck. The options were gourmet. We got the Tahoma and Margherita (added hot honey, mushrooms, chicken and olives). Both the pizzas were really great in taste and texture. Would definitely recommend.

Not like they need another great review…. Cascades Margerhita. I’m always in search of great pizza. I have NEVER had a thin crust so soft, airy and tasty. Ingredients were fresh and the balsalmic drizzle popped. This is a “destination pizza” trailer!! Well done!

Never been to this place I was passing through I’m a OTR Truck driver hard to get decent food the reviews were outstanding so I used Uber eats pizza was cold and had burnt crust Im sure it would have been good but they should have never sent this out with the burnt crust.

Loveliest lunch/dinner experience in North Bend! We went to the Volition Brewery next door and saw how others brought their pizza, so we decided to try the same and ordered online for pick-up at Cascadia (with a note asking to text us when ready). No text, but we got the pizza actually delivered to the bar, how kind and sweet is that. 🥲🧡 The pizza was fresh, made exactly like we wanted, and absolutely delicious! (Also love how the ranch has a distinct garlic flavour to it. Best we had so far.)
