We always order the biggest pizzas here. the feeding frenzy and the Hawaiian are our go to for our family in eastern Washington! We ordered 4x this last time and they were AMAZING as always.

Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.

It's just a little take-out place a few blocks off the main strip in North Bend, but the pizza is GREAT!! Nice thin crust and baked to perfection. I had a sausage, mushroom & jalapeno pie and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics. Will come again next time I'm in town!

I was craving pizza so we decided to give Frankie’s in North Bend a try. I looked at the photos to see the quality of the food. But when my fiancé brought the pizza home it was not the same quality as they presented. The cheese is very low quality. It’s the waxy cheese the fake not melty cheese. I swear our frozen totinos cheese melts better. The other ingredients taste fine. The dough is good.

Frankies has the trifecta- average (at best) food, overpriced and horrible service. It appears to be run by kids who were arguing in front of customers with other high schoolers about whether or not they could give them free food. Clearly preoccupied enough that 3 things in my order were wrong. One person even got sick after eating their pizza. I tried to handle privately be sending an email requesting a call from the owner. I received no reply.
If you are in North Bend and are craving pizza, get Cascadia Pizza instead. Your wallet and stomach will thank you.
My food was awful. I got food poisoning from it. The crust was too dry, and the cheese didn't even feel melted and lots and lots of grease. And it takes a long time to get the pizza.
