Wow, while visiting North Bend, I discovered this wonderful little coffee shop/café. What a gem! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the barista was happy to tell me about their offerings and help me decide. They gave a variety of things to eat (including some vegan/gf pastries) in addition to delicious coffee, tea, and other drinks. I loved my latte with a chocolate chip banana muffin! Oh, and don't be discouraged by the construction, because parking is easy in a gravel lot on the same side of the street a little ways down. Highly recommended!

Gem of a local spot in North Bend. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Catch up with a friend, meet a date, or get some work done, this is the perfect spot!

Didn’t order food, but my Mexican coffee was perfect after my Barista kindly asked if I would like to add some spice! Exactly what I needed to kickstart my morning. Coffee was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy without taking away from the natural boldness of my coffee!

Not sure how you can go wrong with a cute coffee shop in this beautiful scenic town. The atmosphere is great and definitely worth a visit. The coffee is delicious and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Hartwood Cafe is my go-to spot in North Bend. It is cozy, eclectic, and the perfect spot to read, study, or catch up on emails. Don’t be fooled by its small, street front location either - there’s plenty of parking in the gravel lot behind the cafe. The food is delicious - I highly recommend a slice of their seasonal quiches or one of their breakfast burritos! The pastries are also a treat as well - my favorites have been the almond horn, pecan sticky bun, and the maple scone. Their drink specials are fun and tasty, and their menu staples are also good choices - ask for a dirty chai and you won’t be disappointed! My one note: I do wish that the coffee was stronger - the prices are a little on the high end and I prefer a stronger drink to match that cost. Overall I highly recommend Hartwood to both locals and those stopping in from their travels.

The workers and place were nice. I appreciated the WiFi and fan, but the coffee and prices do not equate. I asked for a sugar free white chocolate mocha with light ice. The coffee was burnt, they didn’t give me light ice, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t give me sugar free like I requested. $6 for a 12 ounce is nonsense for the quality. I added cinnamon to it hoping that would help and it didn’t.

The coffee is great, but also the best baked goods and treats in town. Highly recommended! There’s always easy parking in front or just behind the building.

Looking for somewhere to study and I stopped in here.. Owner immediately informed me that I must purchase at least $5/ hour to use his internet when in fact I just needed a little laptop charge.. I have all my instructional videos downloaded so no need to connect to wifi.. It is Sunday today and the library is closed .. the owner is super rude and obnoxious/tables were left dirty/no napkins/ overpriced.. Vile
