This chain needs a lot of work, speed is terrible some days. My last visit I spent 25 minutes waiting on a sub and there was 3 people in line. The biggest let down is they have messed up safe food practices twice and got my wife food poisoning. I know their fridge had some problems but until they get a new owner I wouldn't recommend this location.

Google lied about how busy the store was today. Even the online order portal only quoted me a 15 minute wait. I show up and it's absolutely slammed in here. Even with all the staff they have working, literally reaching over each other and running around. The rush just kept going. Short of getting a bigger kitchen they can't do anything else. They're killing it in here. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order but I don't mind. They don't have control over the order times that pop up online and they're prioritizing customers in the store. Seems like a great crew working today!

New Years Eve went here around 1245 or so line was super long had 1 guy cutting meat and cheese, one guy on the grill cooking nothing or maybe to go orders but mostly standing around, one guy was doing the veggies and running the register, there were also like 4 or 5 people in the back I guess they were all managers because the werent doing much. Any way we were in line for like 15 minutes before we gave our order, had to tell the guy on the veggies to change his gloves because of running the register and handling the subs. The diet drinks were out and we asked the guy that was on the grill and he acted like he couldnt be bothered by saying get one out of the cooler I guess.All in all it was really ill run.

I placed on order online at about 7pm. When I arrived I was told my order was made but on the wrong type of bread because they were out of what I ordered. No big deal I also work in food service and these things happen. I was giving a free regular sub voucher for my next visit. A day later I'm in store exited to use my free sub coupon and again I'm told sorry we are out of bread entirely. The young women offers me another free regular sub coupon. I accepted it although with a little frustration. A couple days later I come in and I get the same speech. What is the point of a free regular sub voucher if I cannot order any food.

Great food. I loved that the staff were happy and laughing with each other when I came in, and were still quick to help me with a smile. Clean and well lit, quick service.

Normally this location is great and love their food. But upper management may want to train the girls working on Sunday evenings. Placed an online order and it took over an hour to get it. What was the point of placing it online?! I could’ve gotten faster service by just ordering in the store and watched several people get their food before I did. No sense of urgency, these girls clearly hate their job. Absolutely ridiculous and no excuse for it. It wasn’t even busy. Will be rethinking coming to this location in the future.

Incredibly long line at lunch. The employees worked their behinds off to eliminate the line while smiling and making Incredible sandwiches. Thoroughly impressed with these ladies. Thank you for lunch! You all are doing a GREAT job!

Great experience amazing food really good I would definitely recommend if ur passing through the city Snoqualmie to try it for a quick lunch only paid 15 dollars for a large drink and regular sub so it’s a good place and totally worth it better then subway the taste is better so definitely worth trying

I have been here a few times over the last couple of years. The food has always been good.

The employees were always friendly enough and appeared to be working hard, even if things sometimes get chaotic. I have no complaints about the employees with whom I have interacted!

However, on busy days, this store needs to limit the number of online orders that it can accept. If they get behind on online orders, it makes everything super inefficient and everyone has to endure long wait times, even those folks who placed online orders hours earlier. It's the only issue that I've seen with this location: they just can't keep up with demand and some customers get very impatient, even rude. When that happens, everyone is having a bad time.

This problem needs to be addressed by the franchise owner or by corporate. It's not fair to their employees or their customers during these peak demand periods.

The young man making our sandwiches was friendly, quick (I ordered with my husband, used the restroom and our food was ready) and the sandwiches were good. Not a 5 star review due to lack of bathroom cleanliness; trash overflowing, floors were dirty though it was 7:30 pm so we may have arrived right after a dinner rush.

I really enjoy eating sandwiches at Jersey Mike's. On my last visit the bread came out looking like it got ran over the middle of it. I made mention of it, but they still used that bread on my sandwich. I was disappointed. If im paying $15 bucks for a sandwich, I want bread that looks like bread..
