I placed an online order, and within 10 minutes, I called and wanted to cancel the order. I woman answered the phone when I asked to cancel she they can not cancel. I have to do it through doordash or din din. I called doordash, and they told me they could not cancel the order. The merchant had to cancel. I called them back and a man answered. He said I never called, and he isn't going to lose the food. I said I did not want it. I told the woman that. The man said I was a lire I never called. I got the phone records to prove it, and now I am out over 80 because they refused. I was planning to go down and prove that I called, but I am very sick (the reason I called to order in the 1st place). I will not make a scene but I sure will tell everyone my experience. They will day you lie and take your money. The pic I added shows I called

My food was awful! I got a jarito drink and it was room temperature, so they don't keep them in the fridge. The waitress walked by one time and asked if everything was ok but she walked so fast by the time i raised my head she was already gone.

Went in to eat a meal on our way back from Seattle, and did not like the food. It was ok, and was presented well, but it was text book canned food tasting. It wasn't authentic in my opinion. Salsa was ok, and enchiladas were 3 on a 10 scale. Customer service was very good though. very fast, prompt, clean, and they made you feel at home. I just wish the food was better or this would be a must stop on our trips to Seattle. My suggestion is this. Try making things from scratch, home style food, and I believe this would make your restaurant a #1 stop spot. Those who don't know real Mexican food might visit, but you may be loosing many, many potential customers if you don't try switching to home made food. It may take longer, but the customers will wait for great tasting food. atmosphere was great, just didn't quit enjoy the food to be honest. I hope this helps you look at options that can drive in more customers, just trying to help, and be honest as a paying customer, great job to your staff, and chefs, because y'all were fast, and friendly. We walked in and waited a while to be seated. There was only one table in the restaurant. The service was good with Jose. However, the food was absolutely terrible. I hate to write a bad review but we paid $27 for the steak fajitas and it was a plate full of onions no peppers with 3 oz of meat that wasn't not even carne asada steak. Also, my daughter 's chicken strips came with one chicken strip and was a plate of fries for $8.95 For two people sharing a meal and a kids meal and two drinks it was over $75. We definitely will not be back here again unfortunately.

My carne asada burrito was good but the chicken in my wife’s and daughter’s enchiladas was dry. But the service was good.
Other reasons (in addition to dry chicken) for 2 stars:
—gross grease laden rugs and carpet that made the soles of your shoes sticky on the tile parts of the floor. If the lobby (and bathroom) floors are filthy, what might that mean about the cleanliness of the kitchen?
The Sign on door says 10% discount if you pay in cash. Then when we got the bill it said “pay with credit: $80. Pay with cash: $78”. Of course I expected to see $8 off but when I asked the server why the cash price was not actually 10% less she said it’s something the computer automatically calculates and she couldn’t do anything about it. False advertising!
Will not return to this place and would not recommend.

Service was terrible the server Silvia was rude as heck!!!She didn’t even let me talk when I was asking about the discount they have when you pay for cash . I’ll never be visiting this place again first time and last time. I ordered a side of rice for my daughter and it was not even warm .

Got treated bad by a server named silvia not sure what her deal was was talking over us. She asked kindly about some discount special a simple question and she went off on us saying “is what I said clear or should I make it clearer!”
A waitress, Silvia, treated us badly. We asked a simple question about something we were looking at and she didn't even let us speak and, disrespecting us, said that what she had explained to us was clear and that if she didn't, she made it clearer.

The food is great, employees were very good, food was delicious and plenty, The building, inside and out was very clean. Our group of 5 ate everything from shrimp, salad, taco, burritos and the price was in our range, Try it you will not be disappointed, Thank you to all the workers.
