As an off shoot of Jak's, we really enjoyed the vibe and both our server and food was great. It's a busy place but I thought the menu had something for everyone. Full bar, great beers on tap and a great staff.

We love this place! Service is always great, food is always great. I have a SCU student and we live ont he westside so we meet here and it has been wonderful every time. He graduated this weekend so now I will have to figure out a reason to go back occasionally. They accomodated a large party of 13 (with a reservation) after CWU graduation and were awesome as usual.

Always a good choice when you're in North Bend. Great steaks (same owners as Jak's in Issaquah).

Excellent place that I spent a lot of the time at. Seth, particularly, did a wonderful job redefining for me what great service is! The staff are friendly, and the food, whether brunch or standard fair, is excellent. Looking for a great vegetarian meal for brunch? The Huevos Americanos can be made without sausage. Want a wonderful vegetarian lunch? The Southwest Salad with friend pickle spears were excellent. The cheesesteak sandwich and others were good as well. There was no particularly great vegan option available. Breading in the pickle spears tasted like it had eggs.

The only thing we liked about this visit was the smashed potato that came with our brioche sandwich which looked visually appealing but didn't taste like anything to me. The smashed potato really took us by surprise.

We've already had some food before stopping by so we just ordered one sandwich to go (to share). Two orders would've been too much food for us to finish. Gave a 22% tip, which was insane, and only because the cashier stared at me while I was on the tipping screen.. The girls at the register didn't greet or smile at us. They didn't even talk to me when I came back to pick up my order. I don't know if it was because we were Asian or they have a problem with us sharing one order, or both, but we were as polite as we could be.

Absolutely love North Bend. We found the restaurant by chance and I did not disappoint. We’ll be back. Food was delicious and our waitress was a gem.

The first time we went here I was impressed. Two subsequent visits have been a let down. Probably won't be back. Prices are above average for the quality of the food; which was average (and seems to be declining). Wife ordered tomato soup, which was "chunky" as advertised, but tasted like marinara cut with a little cream. The server said it was really "a bisque". Nope. I've had and made bisque. A lot. This was not bisque. He then confessed he's heard that complaint several times. Thankfully the $7 cup was comped. Other entrees were middling (Steak Frites - $28, Cheese Steak - $23, and Prime Rib dip - $25), but I do have to say the pork chop was decent for $30. Desserts (creme brulee and chocolate cake) were pretty good too. Service was fair at best, which was my main beef with them the last time. Server was friendly, but fairly disinterested. Long gaps between visits (wasn't all that busy). For example, the appetizer plates and serving dishes stayed on the table, along with every other dish used, throughout the meal. I spent a fair amount of my young adulthood waiting tables, and one of the first rules I learned was you NEVER leave anything on the table the guests aren't using, or can't use. "Full hands in, full hands out" (of the kitchen, for the uninitiated). Not here, I guess. In short, I know it's a "bar and grill", but if I'm going to pay $60 per person (including 1 beer, 1 cocktail, and 1 glass of wine) I need to feel like it was a $60 per person experience. This did not.

Overall great service and excellent food! Only got 4 stars cause it was a bit hectic (but that's cause it was Mother's Day) but overall fantastic experience!

Good to be back. Pricey, but a great stop after a long hike.

Great local hangout. We eat there about twice a month. Nothing fancy on the menu, but the food is very good. Service is friendly and fast. Two items on the menu really stand out, the smoked brisket sandwich is delicious, and even though the roasted chicken takes about 30 minutes to prepare, it's worth the wait.

One of the very best restaurant experiences I've had. Food was absolutely amazjng! A great choice for special occasion but super good anytime.

The food was fantastic as always (I go specifically for the prime rib. I think it's the best in Western WA!!). Zach was our server the other night and he was very kind, patient, and attentive. The noise level at 7pm was a bit high (just because there were lots of people, and I am more sensitive to it with some hearing impairment issues), but it actually quieted down a lot by 7:30 or so. Great experience as always!
