The people are genuine and friendly. The brisket was delicious and the fries are great. It was a perfect after-hike location.

Pricey for cafeteria style, but find atmosphere, super nice staff, and clean bathrooms. The mac & cheese is phenomenal! ($20 for a miniature cast-iron skillet of it)

I’ve been looking for the perfect breakfast between Seattle and Snoqualmie Summit and I found it. I had the corn beef hash and it was divine, great texture and the horseradish cream slapped. 5/5 I’ll be back

Nice place, we loked the warm food after a nearby hiking.
I had the short rib soup, and it was pretty good.

Above average. I like crispy chicken burger better than the brisket one.

Honestly, food would get a 3 out of 5. However, the inviting atmosphere mentioned by other local guides is entirely accurate. It felt as though half of north bend had come to enjoy the well-oiled machine (especially in regard to their clean-up policies) that is this restaurant, sitting proudly on a sprawling plot of land equipped with an enormous slingshot. Great place to leave a backpack, these trusty folks will find a way to get it right back to you.
Stopped on the way from the slopes by pure accident. Fun atmosphere. Great beer selection and a nice wine list (not your regular cheap meh wines). Brisket Sandwich was amazing.
Kid’s menu grilled salmon was too spicy for my kiddo. Agreed it has a bit too much pepper for kids taste.
Note fires are are not regular French fries if your kids are picky.
Parking: It was busy but the lot is huge

Good tasting American food, the fries are delicious!
Chicken curry tastes great!
I heard the burgers are also delicious, but it’s a pity that I don’t eat beef!
The salmon salad is great too!

I’ve been coming to this place for many years, and yes owners have changed hands. But, during lunch today the food was the worst I’ve ever had. Just plain mid. I don’t know if they changed kitchen staff, but it was not very good.
