Silas has Amazing customer service and the ladies that were making the drinks made my drink absolutely perfect I highly highly recommend this place in North Bend I've been here a few times and every time I've been here they have made my drink perfectly definitely recommend 10 out of 10

The service was quick and nice. Baristas were very friendly. Unfortunately, my tomato and mozzarella sandwich was disappointing. It was the saddest $7 sandwich I have ever seen and I order them pretty often (in other locations). I don’t know if this location makes them that bad, but I would avoid getting it here.

Really loved the ambience and the nice music playing in the background. We had just stopped for a coffee break and the caramel crème brûlée latte I had was very delicious.the egg nog (seasonal) latte was good too my partner mentioned!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and genuinely pleasant - which is impressive before coffee and downright heroic after. Knock on wood, but my orders have always been correct whether I order ahead in the app or go through the drive-thru.
They’re clearly working hard to keep things moving, but it never feels rushed or sloppy. You can tell they care about getting your order right while still being efficient, which is not an easy balance. Everything runs smoothly, the vibes are good, and the service feels thoughtful instead of robotic.
Easily one of the best Starbucks in the valley... and I selfishly hope it stays that way.

My goodness did it take some time to get a simple Americana. I mean, I totally lost a bet and a lot of my time, thinking car line would not eclipse in-store customers. But, wrong I was and lesson learned. I suggest they dedicate more resources to both in-store and drive-thru. Jeesh!

We came here on the 22 ND of November 2025 and actually waited over 45 minutes for my husband's sandwich, when he asked twice about it, he was informed that they only had 1 working oven, then on the 3rd time asking about his sandwich, he was informed that they forgot. We came here again this morning 11/23/2025 through the drive through and both our coffees ( Venti) were half full. We also requested that on one of the Coffees ( ABSOLUTELY NO FOAM ) not only did it have an inch of foam it was way less coffee, so the full venti was no more then ( BAIRLY ) an cup. You guys suck. We will never go to this Starbucks again. Tacoma Starbucks gives a FULL cup always. You need to train your workers there.

There are many reviews on here about this locations lack of customer service. My last visit was this last Friday at apx 6pm. I was the ONLY person in the lobby. I had my cheese danish thrown on the counter like it was a dirty pair of underwear and when my drink was ready the barista left on the counter and walked away. She could not be bothered to look at me at tell me my drink was ready. The employees I have run into here have a major superiority complex. This is why it is criminal to make you tip before service is provided.

I wonder if this Starbucks will close. It's the worst one I've been to and frankly the worst customer experience I've had at any business. There were no other customers when I went in and the store was still in terrible, disgusting condition. The workers seemed to find pleasure in treating me poorly. Really bad experience that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I think of going to any Starbucks.
