I'm so sick of bad customer service. I walk in to pick up my order and go to use the bathroom. Of course this location holds the bathroom hostage until you pull your wallet out. I ask for the code and the rude kid behind the counter snidely asks if I'm purchasing something. I will take my money elsewhere, what a horrible business practice locking a restroom for any reason. Shame on all of you, you need to do better.

Very disappointed in the service at this location. After we placed our order, it took about 20 minutes to get just one drink! Other people behind us got their drinks first, then the gals decided to start on our drink, only to stop making our drink so they could spend time talking and laughing with a friend who came through the drive thru! The manager had to come up to tell the girls that they needed to finish making our drink, but they still kept talking to their friend. When we finally got our order, they did apologize for the wait, ugh! Not impressed.
No service was given. They were too busy trying to make a coffee. Barely acknowledged me after standing at the register for a few minutes. Barista seemed to be having a hard time figuring out what she was doing. Only two cars in the drive through and one couple that seemed to have been waiting quite a while for their coffee.
I left without ordering. Just wanted Pikes with cream....simple but no one asked.
They mess up my drink and wasn't a difficult one either
For a store that requires you to pay in order to use the bathroom, you would expect it to be clean and stocked. On two separate days I experienced the frustration of acquiring the bathroom code, then using a facility that has dirt and pubes on the toilet, low to no toilet paper and the mirror is streaked.
When I walked inside of the store, the DT employee welcomed me and then gave me a run around on the bathroom code. I was speaking to him bc not one other employee even looked up or acknowledged me (there were 5 others on the floor and not one of them was helping a customer). I ordered my drink after using the bathroom. It was set on the counter, not called out. No acknowledgement of my acquisition of the beverage or my leaving the store.
As a past employee of Starbucks, none of this is how you treat a customer. Not welcoming, not genuine. Didn’t create a 3rd space environment. Poor communication. This is all a reflection on leadership.
Rude staff. I'm a frequent Starbucks customer and most of the time (such as every single time I go thru a Starbucks drive thru which is 90% of the time I go to a Starbucks) I do not use the restroom. I also don't look like (nor am I) a drug user... I did go inside this one however, to use the restroom, but before the employee would give me the bathroom code, he rudely asked if I was going to order after I was done. When I came out, I ordered a drink and some egg bites. He wasn't friendly at all, and just slid the egg bites across the counter towards me. Power trip? Maybe the apron made him feel just a little bit tougher. 🤏
Obviously, the toilet is contingent on spending money here per my experience and several other peoples' reviews. I can't say the personality of at least that staff member, had anything special to offer either.
7:15 on a Saturday. No one here, doors locked. Tried calling, no answer or machine. Travelers keep stopping by to try and enter.

I had an unfortunate experience here that I spoke to the manager about (her name is Natalie).
Natalie took time to listen to my concern (drink was made wrong in drive thru and I was told to pull to the front and wait - and I did for a long time). Natalie deescalated the situation and more than made it right to me. I can understated why she is the leader of this store. I appreciate her hard work in resolving my issue. I will be back.

Consistently disappointed with this location. 8/10 times that I get something there, it's wrong. Today I got a peach green tea. It was wrong and was made with apple juice. Last visit, ordered a iced mocha, wrong again. It's honestly easier to go to the safeway or qfc. At least I get my order correct from them.

Today was the third time I’ve ordered a hot drink from this location for in-store pickup, and the third time it’s been made iced. I don’t always have time to sit and wait for them to make a new one, because I’m on my way to work and ordered ahead for a reason. Not sure I trust ordering at this location via the app anymore.
The partners could benefit from a refresher on standards. The beverage resource manual would help them know that all foams on drinks are standard at 1 inch. If i order a drink with extra foam and get 1 inch, that's not extra. I asked for more foam and Ashley said it was extra. I'm not going to argue with you girl, but look it up bestie 💕

There's this sort of raging mad barista named Ciara He won't make drinks if they're not ordered properly. I had to wait while multiple people got their drinks before me because she didn't want to make it and she was very vocal about it. Very vocal about all of her complaints, actually. It didn't feel good being in there.
