Bathrooms were disgusting and the service was terrible. We travel back and forth to Seattle a lot. Use to always be our midway stop. We’ll be finding somewhere else for sure. Too bad.

Probably the most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been too. 4 people working yet none of them were communicating at all. Not to mention there was a line yet one worker was just walking around while the only one cashiering was not only ringing people up but also making his own drinks. Then they made a drink wrong for someone with allergies and acted like it was no big deal and even acted like it was an issue to remake her drink! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I don't usually go to Starbucks anymore anyways (they support genocides with their money) but my friend was paying this time and I didn't really want to tell her how to spend her money. This just confirmed why I don't go to Starbucks!

We went to this Starbucks via drive through. I ordered a 12oz oat milk latte with 1 espresso shot, which I saw on the screen. When I picked it up at the window, it didn’t have an order sticker on it but I trusted the barista. Unfortunately, once I got on the freeway, I realized it was a chai latte with regular milk… I have allergies so that was scary. Starbucks holds its baristas to a high standard, and I expect a drink with no errors, or at least an order sticker so I can confirm that my order is correct.

Stopped in for a Venti drink. It was repeated back. Then about 20 minutes later they gave me a small coffee. Service took too long and the drink was wrong. They ended up giving me both the small and Venti coffee. Watching them whike I waited for ever it didn't look like they were communicating with eachother. Everyone was in their own bubble. Additionally the design changed. No more bakery items displayed. They only have big screens behind the counter with a menu. But no bakery items on that menu. I asked if they still had blueberry scones. She thought they should have some and sold me two. The whole experince was just odd.Parking: There are only about 6 spaces shared with the convince store

Stopped at this Starbucks location which I’ve never been to and it was mediocre. They didn’t have many ingredients to make certain drinks and did not even have coffee to make the frappuccino’s??? That’s what the barista said and I was very confused. Very strange Starbucks location.

Wowza every time we are at this Starbucks the staff is rude and it takes so long! We love our Starbucks and just waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru to get to the front and have the person completely disregard us for another 8 minutes and then hand us our drinks with no explanation and about burning our hands off. Please don't stop here! Wait for the next exit unless you have time to kill and feel like being treated unfriendly. Geesh ‍

Supposed to close at 4 (who closes at 4???)… tried to walk in at 3:50. Door locked. Drive through blocked. The employees just looked at me and waived…Whoever the GM is… you can fix this kind of stuff.
