Decided to do the healthy thing and walk 45 min for a veggie footlong. Google and the store's own front door sign both agree this fine establishment is open til 8 but alas, the front door is locked at 7 with all lights on and even the open sign still lit up. Went down the street for a burger instead!
It's a bummer because I know how little they're paid.. but even sandwiches that you order are missing the main ingredients advertised in the sandwich. So I wasted my money again today. I'm done with this location.
They’re never open! Always a sign on the door saying “will be open later”. Or today we will open at this time, that time.Really a disappointment when you make the drive, get out of your car, and see it’s closed.

Placed an order online and got to the store to be told to get in line with 10 other people. Staff doesn’t make online orders!!! Every time I’ve placed an order online to pick up it’s never been ready (and yes I take my sweet time coming to pick it up because I know they are slow) still doesn’t matter seeing they treat online orders as if they don’t exist. Yet we’ve already paid. Staff is never in a rush to help. I’ve left many times before after I’ve seen them outside smoking or stinking of cigarettes. Worst Subway ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Parking: Huge shopping center parking lot. You shouldn't have a problem finding parking here.

Love this Subway, but they need more help around dinner time. It is too much to handle for one single person to do. Bring on more help when you’re that busy, otherwise, employees pleasant and food was good.

Online orders are never ready. If someone orders online, you make the online order before the people that come in after that order. Absolutely incompetent workers.

I needed a last minute catering order fulfilled and they made it happen. Even provided salad as a gluten free option. Will definitely order again!

The place and the food was good. The service was friendly, but there were many customers in line and only one person working, so we had to wait for a while. The toaster was broken, so we couldn’t warm up the sandwich, which for me is a dealbreaker, but when I learned about the toaster, I was halfway in the order (and very hungry). Again, the service was nice and she was trying to go as fast as possible. I just hope she can get some help soon.
Parking: There aren’t many spots available but there is a chance one is available.

Worst subway I’ve EVER been to. The lady was working by herself, she was running out of veggies and stuff so people including me weren’t satisfied because we couldn’t get what we wanted at all cause she couldn’t or didn’t want to go cut up so more stuff. they opened not too long before I got there so honestly they shouldn’t have been “out” of basically everything… obviously she didn’t prepare much before opening
