I have never left a review, because I believe that every experience deserves more than one shot and you never know what hard work is happening behind the scenes to make a place operate. However, being A north bend local with kids, we are at swirl often and every time I leave more annoyed/disappointed than the last. It’s really the only frozen yogurt place around, so there is no other option.
Half their machines are always broken, the place is dirty, bathroom door doesn’t lock and bathroom is constantly disgusting. Employees are ALWAYS on their phones and barely look up even greet you, or help in anyway. They are clearly not cleaning the place in their down time. However, tips are asked for despite is being self serve and the employees sit on their phones. Water is a self service station with cone cups? I know this seems petty but you cannot set down a cone shaped cup so you either chug it, or take a sip and throw it away? They also leak all over the place. Lastly, it’s expensive for this whole great experience.
Needs new management/ownership/staff. Something needs to change here.

First time out triying this delicious yogurt. It was so good. With the Exception that there was a BUG 🐛 in my yogurt . I saw it at the bottom of it. And wen I went to tell the person incharge she told me she didn't know what to do, I would have at least said take a new one or let me give you a discount on your next purchase, all she did was defend the fact that they clean up their machines really good. I would call this bad customer service, and probably wont come back again.

Yum yum hot chocolate if you enjoy. They have huge variety to cookies and many other bakery item and each one of them are delicious. It's definitely a must visit place if you are enjoying shopping at premium outlet.
