Placed an online order for pick up. As I was parking to pick up they called me to say their kitchen was closing early and they refunded me. Would have been nice to know before I drove there. I hate crappy customer service. Do better.

I asked I don’t have a party table, but you feel right to ask for that fee I am fine for this visit. He said, why you didn’t wait. I say, of course no need to ask more.

I never heard this shot in my life. The waiters is so unprofessional. It looks like the owners son. The tall one. We have three people sitting at a 4 seat table, mine you, my son is a big boy and so am I. Not big in over weight, but in husky. So we decided to move to another table which seat 6 so we can have some room. This character came to me and said that I can’t sit there because he doesn’t want to clean 2 table. And look at me with an attitude. I told him why can’t we sit here again, and by the expression on his face, seems like he’s not having a good day. But any rate, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

TIPS ARE 18%!!!! Couldn’t combine 2 tables at a small cafe to seat 6 people, so we had to sit 4 and 2 people separately. Food was good. When we got the bill there was a requirement if party is 6 or 8 people tips are 18%. It was not mentioned before the food and we were not sitting together, so not 6 people and it’s not required to pay 18%. Would be nice if the waiter would at least mention it or in that case combine tables
Closing at 730 on a Friday is a bummer. Only local pho places out here and you close earlier than every other restaurant. Can’t support you if you close early all the time 🤷♂️

We absolutely love Unphogettable pho! Their Pho is flavorful and comforting and the short ribs vermicelli is one of our favorites - tender, tasted and perfectly done. One thing we really appreciate is that they don’t used MSG , yet the food is still incredibly delicious. Our order are always prepared quickly and the. Service is friendly and efficient. Plus there are plenty of parking spots, which make the whole experience even more convenient. Highly recommend.
