Keep in mind if you come from someplace that has a BBQ culture like the Midwest or the South this may not be what you’re expecting but for the PNW it’s good. The meat is tender but lacking the bark and the bite you would normally expect in fact it’s pretty neutral and kinda lacking the smoke you usually get. The sweet tea is not as sweet as I am used to but not to bad could use a bit more sugar. The cornbread is wood however the slaw is missing black...
Best BBQ we've ever had, no exaggeration. We tried some of almost everything on the menu and it was all fantastic. The pulled pork was definitely a standout though, so go for that if you aren't sure.

The pulled pork was incredibly moist and the ribs along side were mouthwatering. Couldn't have stumbled upon a better spot for a quick lunch!
