Visiting my dad who lives in Coupeville. Came to Oak Harbor to run errands and stopped in for some takeout. We were both blown away by the food. Went again a week later for dine in dinner and they knocked it out of the park again. Went again last night for dinner - everything was wonderful. Jenny (owner maybe?) took such great care of us. Both times we’ve dined in there was steady take out business but not many tables. I honestly don’t understand why. One of my favorite parts of any Chinese meal is bbq pork fried rice. Most places put peas and carrots in it and I wind up picking the peas out 🤢. China Harbor doesn’t add any unnecessary ingredients and it is easily the very BEST bbq pork fried rice I’ve ever had, in fact we got an extra order to go so we could have a full order with our leftovers at lunch today. If you are in the area, stop in and give this place a try. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!

My family and I have been coming here for decades. The owners still remember us every time we come in and are very thoughtful, friendly, and accommodating. I prefer their lumpia and spicy mustard over other places. I have yet to be disappointed in any order from this location. They also offer delivery, which is amazing for such a small business.

got the order two crab ragoon and general tso dinner special, I didn't think I could eat it all when I got here but it was so good I couldn't stop! Recommend the house fried rice / pork fried rice as well, this should be the obvious go to for dine in or take out Chinese food in oak harbor it's delectable!

China Harbor is hands down my favorite Chinese spot on the island! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. I usually get the house combination rice and General Tso’s chicken both are amazing and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, and the owners and staff always make you feel right at home. Great prices for the quality you get, too. Definitely recommend if you’re craving good Chinese food!

I ordered the crab rangoons and orange chicken and egg roll plate. I thought the host was super nice as she struck up a conversation about my jacket. It was fast and hot. The good is absolutely delicious and for a great price you get a lot!!! I will def be going back
