China Harbor is hands down my favorite spot in Oak Harbor! They have the best pho and fried rice in town—everything is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, making every order a great experience. Their delivery is impressively fast, and the food always arrives hot. If you're looking for great food, excellent service, and reliable delivery, I highly recommend China Harbor!

My favorite of Asian cuisine restaurants on Whidbey Island! The Happy Family meal is a heavy favorite of mine and this restaurant does it the best. The owners know me on sight and remember what my usual is even when it has months between visits but beyond that, they remember the smallest details about my life and ask me for updates. That is the kind of service you don’t really find anymore and it will make me very sad when I inevitably transfer out of the area
