The slowest place on the island. Sat in the drive thru behind 6 cars and it was taking over 15 minutes per car. Might as well go to a real restaurant and order ice cream. Out of the 5 times I've tried they were open during the hours posted maybe twice and the other three times I could have grown a full beard by the time I got a simple blizzard.

I've stopped here twice on my delivery route love the last couple months and I have to say this location has some of the best employees in the fast food industry. They're always nice, helpful and make sure you know their bathroom code is a little different. Not big on eating a ton of fat food, but if I'm up here and in the mood this is where I'll be stopping!

Management and owners do not adhere to any food safety and want workers to come in sick. Should be shut down.

At this point, they should just close this location. It's never open during their posted hours. Every time I have tried to go, they are closed. When they are open, half the time the ice cream machine is broken and the service is always ridiculously slow. They have continually mismade my order as well. Do better DQ.

I purchased a 4 piece chicken strip backet on their mobile app. But when I went to get my food, Dairy Queen restaurant said they didn't get my order and won't refund my paid order even though I showed them my mobile receipt proving everything. I won't be coming back here. :(

BEWARE - from a reputable source: this location does not adhere to the FDA food code by not date marking their food! They also DO NOT clean their ice cream machine. The Listeria outbreak right now in Tacoma is directly linked to a dirty restaurant ice cream machine!!! Check out other reviews complaining about being served stale and even moldy food! Even if you can deal with the sporadic hours and poor customer service, is it worth getting sick from their food?!

Great service. Food is always good. The only issue is that it’s very unpredictable when it comes to be open or closed. Even when the website says it’s open, it actually isn’t when I get there. Other than that, food is always good and never messed up. Unlike OTHER DAIRY QUEEN’S!!!!!!!!!
