I really love Esteban's. It's my favorite little traditional local Mexican place I've ever had the opportunity to eat at. Nothing super fancy but the food is nicely done and they treat me and my older folks very well. We had a really nice lunch with them just today. I really appreciate having a place like this in the area. Thank you.
This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant in Oak Harbor. The food is good "standard" Mexican food. Everything is fresh, the chicken in the enchiladas is not dry, and the chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. I ventured out of my normal Enchiladas and got some fried Jalapeños as a starter, they were great and they give you 4 big ones for a very fair price.Service is always friendly and they recognize us now even though we don't go out that often. They are serious about closing on time. About 840 pm, 9 pm closing, they turned off the music. Didn't refill water or call last call. Recommend ordering about 30-45 minutes before closing to keep management happy.
